Pearl and Earl is the creation of award winning designer Jacqui Pearce. 

Established in 2007,  Jacqui designs and illustrates the product range from her studio in historic Arundel, West Sussex..

All her creative ventures are filled with her signature style of Nostalgic Chic...   which is a heady combination of her fond memories of the past, meets modern design with a clash of colour, pattern, and a sprinkling of wit and humour…

Her creative collections include - Pearl and Earl (Home, Art and Celebrations)... and her crafty side JACQUI P (stitching kits and bits) 

We also love to collaborate with like minded folk on different things.. and Jacqui also regularly contributes to editorial as well as writing a monthly column on trends in crafts.  Her first 2 books are being published worldwide in 2012.

Whilst we have been lucky enough to win lots of awards for our businesses - they are still very much small family concerns run with a few pals in our home town of historic Arundel - in the Sussex Downs National Park in the south of England.

A quick history:

Pre 2003...  A life in London in the Fashion world

2003 ..we had a little shop next door to our house in Arundel where we created bespoke art for locals and sold lovely things we found and made, while Jacqui also ran a design and product consultancy in the basement.

2007  ..we moved and decided to concentrate on our own product collection

2008  ..saw our debut to trade and we were thrilled with the reaction.  We launched our first website in June 2008, and also signed up to be one of the first partners on NotOnTheHighStreet.com

2009  ..the brand grew beyond our wildest expectations! We gained our first international account and are now stocked in gorgeous stores around the world... we also launched our crafty sister brand GRANNY KNITS, started our first blog, and launched our personalised art prints online.

2010  ..had a cracking start as we won 4 awards including Jacqui being awarded a prestigous Natwest Women in Business Award... She started her first column, and our web sites grew beyond our wildest dreams!  We ended the year thrilled but pooped!

2011  ..more awards, and some great projects including collaborations with Liberty London and our first licensed designs.   Our sites moved to new platforms packed with new technologies.  We launched our NOSTALGIC EVENTS products...   Not forgetting our MIX TAPE project with Amazon! Plus a collaboration with Jacqueline Willson on her new book Sapphire Battersea.
