Do you have a shop?

NO. We sell directly online and via mail order too.  We also work with key trade accounts including Liberty of London, and over 500 others! 

How can I pay?

We use PAYPAL - for secure credit card or paypal account check out.  We do not store any financial details ourselves.

How long will my order take, and how do you ship?

We use ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS for our deliveries -  express items are normally SPECIAL DELIVERY, and FRAMED ITEMS by courier.  We aim to process and ship standard in stock items within 2-5 working days.  We do not work at the weekends.

How can I contact you?

We are still a very small posse here at HQ, and work all sorts of hours! ..  this is why we have embraced with open arms modern technology!

In the first instance, please use the ASK US form or the HQ HELP LIVE CHAT .. this means that we get to chat to as many of you as possible and still design and process all of your orders.. as well as being able to sometimes be in 2 places at once!

We also have a MESSAGE SYSTEM in the MY ACCOUNT section of the site for you to ask us about any of your orders - this enables us (and you) to keep track of any information on your order from anywhere.

My password doesnt work - HELP!

 You can request a new password which will be emailed to you.  If you have requested a new password and the system has rejected it - please check you copied and pasted only the password correctly.  If all else fails ASK US

Haven't I seen you on NOTHS?

We are one of the original 'partners' on Not On The High Street, and have been trading with them since 2008.  We run it as a seperate concession business (as they take commission and run the customer systems) - so whilst we love them, we are able to offer better deals directly, and can only accept our gift vouchers and coupons via this site and not through any other outlet.  We also sell selected items on Etsy.

Do you sell on EBAY?

We DO NOT sell on EBAY or any other auction site.  Any products purchased from other sites are not under our terms and conditions of trade.  Please be wary when buying from Ebay in particular as we have had instances of 'fake' goods.

How Long does personalisation and framing take?

Up to 21 working days - although personalisation prints only orders can be turned around quicker, and out of peak times generally take 10 days.

Can you do bespoke colours to match something?

Yes - but our standard colours have been tried and tested in the printing process - so if you want to quote a pantone reference, we cannot guarantee how it will come out in the print.  Please contact us with any queries.

How big are your art prints?

Our standard prints are A3 - 30x42 cm.  We also do A4 - 21 x 30cm (small), A2 42 x 60cm (large) and A1 84 x 60cm (supersize) on selected styles.  Other items sizes are quoted by piece.  We can print up to AO (which is 82x120cm) by special request, but CANNOT SHIP THIS SIZE it is by pre arranged collection only.

How are the prints framed?

Our local framer is second to none.  He frames for the likes of Paul Smith (who ship to him every week) as well as top London Galleries.  We are so proud that he has taken on our work and the finish is lovely.  He uses top grade smooth finish matt painted wood frames (22-40mm depending on the frame) which is cut, glued and fixed in house.  The white core black and snow white thick mounts are cut by hand to fit each piece.  They are then finished with top grade acrylic - which has 99% clarity, without the health and safety and breakage problems of glass.  It actually costs us more!  They are pre strapped ready to hang.  This process takes in itself 7 days due to the work log we now have and the handi work involved.

Where can I get standard High Street ones and what is the difference?

Our STANDARD prints are printed to A3 - 42x30cm, which fit into 'off the shelf' frames (which include card mounts) from £15 at Ikea and a bit more at Habitat and BHS to name a few.  Failing that - why not use your local framer?  It is worth asking - as the quality of the mount card, frame and finish are clearly superior.  But if you just want something quick and easy you can use the IKEA frames which are simply stapled MDF with thin card and glass.  It really is up to you... but as the old addage goes... you get what you pay for.

How do I use the PDF files and download it?

You can see the PDF file at the TOP OF THE SCREEN at the last page of check out - or go back to it through the MY ACCOUNT section.  Simply log on with your email and password - then look at COMPLETED ORDERS there is a link button to the PDF next to the item.  The items can only be downloaded ONCE so make sure that you SAVE IT to your desktop / computer and not just OPEN IT.

All PDF files are encrypted - and cannot be copied or edited, and have tracking metadata in them.  You will need ADOBE READER 9.0 or later to make them work.  You can get the latest version at Adobe CLICK HERE TO GET THE LATEST VERSION OF ADOBE READER.

How do I edit the DIY PRINTABLE PDF's?

You will be able to view the printable on your screen and it comes with full instructions as part of the PDF.  You can edit the FORM AREA of the file with your own text - which can be formatted using any font you currently have on your system.

You cannot copy / extract or edit any of the design details - or resize as these are all copyrighted and protected.

Printing is set to high resolution and 100% size.  You can reduce the size by setting you printer browser to print at a smaller percentage.

Can I print PRINTABLE PDF's to size on pre cut sticker/label sheets?

We recommend stickers are printed on FULL STICKER SHEETS and they cut to size with an art knife/scissors/craft punch- as feeders on different on every machine and we do not want you to waste any of these expensive sticker / label sheets.  We have, so now only use full sheets ourselves (unless a professional is doing it for us!)

Do you sell to trade?

Yes we do!  If you are a valid retail outlet then you can REGISTER FOR A TRADE ACCOUNT with us, where you can shop online and take advantage of our trade discount.  Please see our trade pages for more information.  We also offer selected products at a discount for events in BULK BUY formats.  Not all of our products are available to trade - and we limit the number of ONLINE ONLY outlets that sell our things, and do not sell to 'event goers' as these infringe on our retail stockists.

Do you take bespoke commissions / do collaborations?

YES (at the moment!).  Jacqui still personally artworks all of our products - and the demand for her work is growing.  She is currently working on projects for Sky One, the BBC as well as her regular column and editorial designs.  Please contact us about your project and we will see what we can do.

How do I return an order?

Simply log into your account at the top of the page.  In the MY ACCOUNT section you will see how to register a return.  Please refer to our TERMS and CONDITIONS for our full returns policy.

How do I use store credit / gift vouchers?

You can see how much store credit / gift vouchers you have in the MY ACCOUNT section.  This will simply be deducted at checkout.  First time registering the Gift Voucher, you will have to enter the code in the side panel at check out.
