We love the nostalgic charm of our tissue fringe festooning and drape..  as old school as it comes, and normally only used these days to trim pinatas, we have trimmed trees, decorated party bags, festooned on tables and dessert bars at parties - and hung from our Giant balloons as alternative wedding bouquets.  The uses are endless!
