We do not sell helium ourselves - but you can buy it in various places in disposable cans - like HERE ON AMAZON. These disposable canisters have a LATEX REGULATOR fitted as standard and you simply wrap your balloon over the end and fill. Each of these 50 balloon cans will fill approx 2 BIG 1m Balloons or 50 standard balloons
